Fees - There is no charge for an initial consultation.
The standard fees for most personal injury matters is 33 1/3 %
of all amounts collected plus expenses.
Worker's Compensation fees are 20% of the amount collected
plus expenses.
Most expenses are incurred with the filing of a law
suit. All attempts will be made to settle matters out of court first.
Expenses usually include:
court costs
sheriff fees for service of process
court reporter fees
medical records fees
professional expert fees.
You will not be charged for expenses that are not
particular to your case (i.e. postage, copying, secretarial,
or clerk costs).
Fees for other matters (i.e. wills, divorces, real estate
closings) shall depend on the type and amount of work involved and will
be fully disclosed at the initial consultation if possible.
You will find the fees to be very reasonable.
A Polish interpreter is available by appointment.
